Quickie
Swiss Chard Dinner:
- 2 Cans Cream of Mushroom
- 1 lb of hamburger

- Swiss Chard
- 2 tsp Beef Bullion cubes
|
Fill a big pot with Swiss Chard, cut into long
slivers. Boil in a minimin amount of water.
Crumble and fry a pound of hamburger, after hamburger is cooked,
add 2 cans of Cream of Mushroom soup ( no additional fluids),
and 2 tsp of Beef Boullion cubes... heat.
Drain cooked Swiss Chard and mix in the hamburger/soup mix...
serves 4
